Last Wednesday night we had the general activity at the Mormon Battallion. We learned some interesting facts about how they dressed and what they had to carry with them on the trail. Their canteen's only carried about a Quart of water and were made of wood. Not much water for a days hike by our standards today. We left with some people (those in the photo) thinking it was still 1847.
